Requirement for softex filing for freelance consultants

Is SOFTEX with STPI mandatory for Freelance consultant providing IT consulting service to foreign Company? Service is provided based on the agreement and payment is made against monthly invoices raised. Payment is made in foreign currency.

Softex is an institute which provides students with different guidelines, especially in IT field. You can also join essay service online because they also working same as Softex doing right now.

I have not yet. What kind of issue are you facing with your bank? are they asking for Softex form? are you exporting any service in the individual capacity?
