No need to revalidate...
final registration valid for 5 years after that require revalidation.kindly confirm from regional office or branch office.
Yes..
requirement is when you fill your exam form you have valid registration ID.i think if you have fill your exam form before 12 Feb then no need and if after that you need to revalidate.
