Dear Friends, It is being observed that many members submit files after just making little changes in files earlier submitted by others. They dont bother so check for its accuracy. eg 95% Due Date files contain mistakes. Many times files are submitted without any background. i.e. what it is all about. In many cases articles/write ups of prominent writers are just cut/pasted with different names. Due to this the following problems are faced:-
1. There are countless files on same topic/subject, without any change.
2. If one downloads the same, there is wastage of time & internet timings.
3. If background is not mentioned, in many cases it is difficult to know what is the purpose of this file.
