pls help me out in below query

some bank official come to our facory visit & we have arrange for them luch in a hotel. whether i should debit staff walfare account of office exp account.

further whether FBT is payable on this amount or not?

You should debit office expenses account (Misc Expenses)

and I think FBT attract this transaction.

out of Factory/office all exps.of staff welfare will be liable FBT

Actuallly Subodh, It happens some times and if it is not intentional then is there any need to apologies.
