As per u r question relating about Companies Auditor's Report) order, 2003

First of tell about seek industries satisfied about applicability condition like is

1. Its paid-up capital and reserves exceed the limit of rupees fifty lakh; or

2. It has loan outstanding exceeding rupees twenty five lakh; or

3. Its turnover exeed rupees five crore.
