Reporting of RSU/ESPP in schedule FA

Dear Sirs,

I was allotted RSU's during the year, which I had sold as soon as they vested. This sale value has already been included in the perquisites in my form 16 issued by my employer.

Schedule FA, in ITR2, has a section covering "Details of Any other Capital Asset (including any beneficial interest) at any time during the previous year. " Question is: Do I need to fill the RSU sale value here as well?

Same question for ESPP also. I had been alloted ESPP and sold them immediately once the shares were purchased and alloted to me. The difference between my purchase price and the sale price has already been included by my employer as perquisite in Form 16. Still do I need to report that in Schedule FA as well?
