Appropriate to approach tax auditor and resolve this issue.
Brought forward capital losses are to be shown in Form 3CD. Current year capital losses need not be shown. If it is assessable as current year business loss, then the turnover and net profit/loss should be clubbed with other business(es) subject to tax audit
