If you have any transaction with any person, and scrutiny assessment is going on on that person, at that time to verify the details of transaction with you, AO can issue notice to you u/s 133(6).
As this is not a scrutiny notice or ITR non filing notice on you ,it's just information asked from you to confirm details of other person, So, You just required to give required details as asked by IT officer, if you haven't any transaction with party as mentioned in notice that you can reply according.
