I have received notice multiple time, due to not responding of notice assessment order has been passed and received notice u/s 144 (Best judgement assessment).
FACT- Not received any notice by speed post. and register mail id of my previous CA who not intimate me.
so how do to write this group in FORM 35.
Pls suggest.

My question is wording of the given matter
It is not possible that speed post has not been delivered, may be recipient did not accept the same. You have to prove that your CA did not communicate the same, because department always prefer that one email id should be of asseessee.
