I received a notice in Form ASMT 10 seeking explanation in FORM ASMT 11 for difference in input as per GSTR 3B and GSTR 2A. The notice in ASMT 10 is not showing under User Services > View Additional Notice & Orders. How should I reply to the notice?

In email and then received a hard copy of the letter.
notice received through registered e mail id and served through hard copy is a valid mode of communicating under
CGST Act. Even if it is not uploaded on the portal, you have to reply through e mail and you may also send the reply along with enclosures if any to the jurisdictional office.
