repair inwards from customer treatment in ITC04 and document summary

we have a jewellery store and we undertakes customer repairs for which we are maintaing the following records
1.Customer Repair In
2.Job Worker-Customer Repair Out
3.Job Worker-Customer Repair In
4.Customer Repair Out

i have the following questions

1.Should we show this entries in Documents Issued in GSTR1 (it is not an outward supply)
2.Should we show this entries in ITC04 as it is job work when we are issuing it to job worker
3.if i have to show it in the ITC04 what value should i take as the material belongs to customer and we cannot calculate the exact value
