Yes... You can if it's in Your books of Accounts.

It would be better if not take ITC on vehicle repair because Clause (a) to section 17 (5 ) , declares motor vehicles and  other conveyances  as blocked credit,  subject to certain exceptions. Accordingly no ITC is available in respect of motor vehicles.
So non availing itc on repair of vehicle is safer side.
