We are planning to import goods and send them directly to packing dealer. They will pack the goods in different size boxes and we will despatch from packing dealer to customer.
Please help with invoice and e-way bill. Does this process called job work? We have never done before this kind of transaction.

- Can I despatch goods directly from job worker to customer?
- If this transaction is job work do I have to file any return in GST or is there any procedure to be followed.

Form ITC 4 is the requirement by Principal Manufacturer and te format includes information such as;
List of Goods delivered to Job Workers or received from them
The goods sent from one Job Worker to another due to finishing requirements
Goods received back from the Job Worker
Details of the job worker to whom the goods are transferred from the prior job worker
Yes, Input Tax can be availed by the Principal Manufacturer on input goods/capital goods sent to Job Workers. Principal manufacturer can avail input tax even when the goods are directly transported to the job worker’s site without reaching his premises. Provided that the manufacturer must contain the document of supply.

Friends, My question is from where I can download the GST Return Offline Tool for Window 7 32 bit ??? Because from GST protal, The download GST Offline Tool ZIP file is supported only to Window 7 64 Bit. When I try to install this zip file in my PC, there was a error to be shown that "Internal Error : Cannot expand "pf64" constant on this version of window." So please help me how can i use GST offline tool in Window 7 32 Bit. Thanks
