please calrify along with HSN/SAC and provisions of GST following issue:

Renting of machinery to local authority whether taxable or exempt?
since the recipient is denying to pay tax and as per them such thing is exempt? whether they are right to do so or not!

GST to local authorities , there are exemption notifications , please refer to those notifications.

In few cases GST is charged on RCM basis.

How about Machinery renting inter state?

How GST can be calculated?
