Rental income from 2 States

Gross Rental Income of 37lakhs (Maharashtra-22 lakhs & West Bengal-15lakhs) is shown in Income Tax return.
However, GST number is taken only for Maharashtra as Rental Income exceeds 20lakhs.
Would I be liable to pay GST on rent from West Bengal property as well even if rent is below 20 lakhs?
Thanks.

corret
The Rental Income received is from letting out Commercial properties or Residential properties ???
pgbp ?
Rent is from Residential property in West Bengal
n what's with PGBP?
Residential Property exempted from GST. Notification 12/2017 CGST Act.
Agree with Asif Rahaman Sir...

Rent Received from Residential Properties is EXEMPTED from GST vide Notification No. 12/2017-CT ( Rate ) dated 28.06.2017.

The Aggregate Turnover as defined u/s 2(6) of the CGST Act 2017 is based on PAN India.

Do we have to show the rent received from let out of residential property(which is exempt) while filing GST Return if we have a GST Registration ?

Yes you have to show it...

Both EXEMPT as well as TAXABLE Supplies need to be reported in GSTR-3B.
