Rental Income Claim Input Credit

If my income is Rent so can i claim input on Expenses ( like Electricity CA fees)

As per Service Tax we can't claim input on Expenses when our income is based on Rent

electricity exp is out of preview of GST

and other inputs CA fee is allowed

Dear Gautam,

One could avail the ITC charged on any goods or services used in the course of furtherance of business by satisfying the conditions specified in section 16(2) of CGST Act.

And with respect to electricity, as Naveen rightly mentioned, there is no GST levy on electricity and question of ITC does not arise..
