RENT ON INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY
We are having industrial property and regular GST registration. If we give portion of our property for rent for RS 12k whether GST should be charged.

Yes ..... its an supply under Section 7 so once you registered , you are liable charge GST.
Also if you are renting commercial purpose for furtherance business GST applicable .

Even though your turnover is less then 20lac but once you have registered ,you are liable to charge GST.
Note : The only wayout is surrender your registration if you not want to charge GST .
