Respected All

I need to know, for proof place of business under GST registration, attachment of Rent Agreement is sufficient or Electricity bill is also mandate to be attached alongwith Rent Agreement. because Electricity bill, water bill & telephone bill of owner is not available.

Please advice?

Rental agreement is enough....
You attach the agreement....

No...
It's not available. In case the landlord and the tenant ll be notarized then they will be do it....

i have uploaded only rent agreement & no other documents like telephone/light bill. received ARN number. should i upload light bill now or wait?

You can wait for clarification from dept. After dept asking any clarification & supportive documents then You can upload the which is required by dept....

OK . this registration is to be done for our interstate branch & we had to shift material to our interstate branch. on the day of material transfer we generated e way bill by mentioning URP in recipients gstin. we had to do such 3 transactions. now after getting gstin of interstate branch if I file gstr1 of existing branch with updated gstin of interstate branch, can we avail credit there?

GST number received. registration certificate also downloaded but its saying to add bank account. Now can i add our Maharashtra bank account details (for MP state branch)? also in type of registration its saying NT.
