If any person. Reg. Under gst for supplying service of rent a cab and change 5%. If he purchase a new car can he availed it of that. Car ???

No he cannot avail the credit on purchase of new car as the rate notification clearly mentions that input credit on goods and services is not allowed if the rate is 5%
