Hello - One of our company directors (out of 4 Directors) has not filed for his DIR3KYC and his DIN is inactive.
- Does a Director with inactive DIN due to non-filing of DIR3KYC continue to be Director in the company?
- We need to remove this Director from the board. How do we remove this director from the board of Private Limited Company and update MCA Master Data when his DIN is inactive ?
- Is restore of DIN required to remove the Director or it can be done without activating the DIN? Thank you for your help and response.
