We have export under bond other wise on tax invoice in case of non excisable goods
Now As a merchant exporter I procured excisable goods from supplier which not in registered in excise
How can I remove goods from factory??? (under bond or have any other way for removal...)
Excisable goods can remove under Bond of the manufacturer or under CT1 procedure. If the excisable goods removed under manufacturer bond, the manufacturer should submit the proof of export in his jurisdictional excise officer.
