Quick Summary
Yes, in an LLP it is possible to remove existing partners and add new partners, even in a single supplementary deed. However, proper consent, amendment of LLP agreement, and filing of LLP Form 3 and Form 4 with MCA within 30 days is mandatory for legal compliance.

As per partnership deed
Yes You can Add and Remove in Single Deed.
But, Addition will be First..
It can be consequential.
