Removal charge from roc
My Company has taken Term Loan from Bank and accordingly registered charge with ROC West Bengal. Now we have repay the Loan and Bank has give us no Term Loan closer letter. Now we would like to remove charge from ROC. Kindly help us.

file form CHG-4...attach NOC u received from bank...the form has to be file within one month from the date of NOC..
