You can't. being a director its your duty to file annual returns , non filing is your mistake. and the dept has given prior notice in their webside and they given achance to file your returns during the condonation period you dint file your company report on that time also. there is no mistake from the dept side. You will not succeed if you challenge disqualification.

and for your info ROC may force you to file the annual returns and he may pass order to pay penalty for not fulfilling your duty ( annual filing) as a director
