A government teacher has filed itr taking relief u/s 89 in his itr 1 , however cpc did not take the same in tax computation u/s 143 so has raised tax demand on intimation , how shall i file rectification request, either online or manual since how will i attach proof of of relief u/s 89 upon online rectification , since his form 16 is hand written . plz help it on urgent basis

You can file rectification u/s 154 through online. Specify the reasons in the rectification and attact revise ITR or the same with the CPC. If intimation is received online then you have to file the same through online mode.

Now there is a facility to scan and upload the Form 10E in the incometax site itself.
So all you have to do is file the rectification online as usual; after its done, go to efile option and click on 'Prepare and submit online form(other than ITR)' . Then upload and submit the scanned Form 10E there itself.
