related to registration
i have tournover in a particular state of RS. 12 lakh and i also send my stock for rs 3 lakh in another state... so now whether it is compulsory to obtained registration under gst, even if my overall turnover is less than 20 lakh....?

but sir section 24 clearly override the sec 22(1)
Yes it is compulsory your registration because without regn. you cannot do interstate sale or purchase
no no vineet sir ,. i can enter in inter state purchase but not in inter state sale....
that means if i enter in inter state inward supply not in outward inter state supply than its don't need to get COMPULSORY Registration.

If u r supplying material one state to another state than its compulsory to register under gst act
