Sir I want to ask that my first home loan was sanctioned on 13July 2017 so can I get benefit of 80EE. My home loan is of 27lac.

no as the loan is sanctioned on 13july 2017,as this deduction is available to assessey who's loan is sanctioned in fy:2016-17(i.e AY:17-18).
