Quick Summary
A new Private Ltd. company's GST registration application has been rejected twice. The first rejection cited an incorrect GST allotment, and the second claimed missing partner names, despite the company only having two directors. The advice given is to carefully check all submitted documents, including company PAN, incorporation certificate, MOA, authorised signatory's PAN/Aadhaar, directors' PAN/Aadhaar/address proof, bank details, and business address proof.

You have to submit all valid documents for directors then only you will get registration
According to me there is some issue in document , you first read all documents carefully . documents are 1. pan card of company
2. certificate of incorporation given by ministry of corporate affairs
3. Memorandum of association
4. pan card and aadhar card of authorised signatory
5. Pan card and address proof of all the directors
6. bank details
7. address proof of principal place of business
