Reimbursement of ROC challan
I make payments of ROC challans on behalf of client Cos and Cos reimburse the challan amount with professional fees... what is the treatment of reimbursement of challans???

As the service is provided by Govt and it is reimbursement, No GST should be charged.
GST can be charged on professional services bill.
