Not clear M'am... Kindly clear first half of the sentence. Do you mean Co. needs to pay GST on RCM on the reimb of exp to director and then claim ITC on it ?
I think your co. cannot book the bill directly in books of accounts as the bill is not in the name of Company. But they can pay as reimbursement to director. Let my point get cleared from others.....
