Registration process for central excise

Hi, I am an employee of pvt. ltd co and want to register company for central excise. Please let me know the step by step procedure for the same.

U have to follow steps in aces website........... For more info.....www.amrtaxindia.com

please visit aces.gov.in get user name and password first.

Then log on to website and fill excise application under reg tab

after filing such application, take print of it and submit many documents along with application to range and asst comm office.

Docuemnts such as

PAN

MOA and AOA

Rental agreements

Authorised signatory/Directors id and address proofs

Manufacturing plan and etc

Dear Mosam,

File Form A-1 in ACES then take printout and file to the jurisdiction division office along with the following documents.

PAN card

IEC if available

TIN & CST certificate

Memorandum of artical

Topo Sketch & Ground plan

Lease deed if your premises is rental

list of directors

list of authorised signatory
