registration on basis of RCM
The services provided by school are exempted but school is taking services which are covered under RCM. So whether school is liable to get registered under Gst or not?

Can u please refer your answer with the section?
Act is silent about services provided to URD by those who are under RCM so it is clear that registrations by URDs' for taking services on RCM does not make URDs' to be registered under GST.
@ Shubam Garg can You clarify the services reced by school on which RCM applicable ?????
