Registration of trust
Please tell me the process of registration of religious trust in madhya pradesh ???????? whether we have to register it in society Act or Indian Trust Act????

Dont know much about the specific process of Madhya Pradesh, but u would have to register ur trust under India Trust Act for sure.Further u may register under Section 12AA of Income Tax Act together with Section 80G.
