REGISTRATION OF PROFESSIONAL TAXES

IF WE HAVE OUR REGISTERED OFFICE IN DELHI & SERVICES CARRIED OUT & PROFESSION OUTSIDE DELHI STATE, THEN WHERE THE PROFESSIONAL TAX IS APPLICABLE BUT WE HAVE NO BRANCH OFFICE , THEN WE WILL HAVE TO BE REGISTERED IN THE STATE WHERE WE ARE RENDERING OUR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES.

THEN IF YES, WHAT WILL BE THE OVER ALL PROCEDURE OF REGISTERATION?

You know anything regarding T3 form for Exemption form for ICWAI ........ Mohanasundaran.T

Please confirm the place of business is Delhi as Professional Tax are collected through State Government/Muncipality/panchayat etc.
