whether it is required to registration under GST or not for money transfer business which derived income as commission even if turnover exceed 20 lacs.

Yes... Required Registration if Income exceeds above 20lakhs.

If Your commision income exceeding above 20lakhs then Registration is Mandatory...

If You are only dealing Commission related business then You commission only calculated as Turn Over...
