registration in gst
If a person who has business to flexy recharge or selling the voucher of various telecommunication companies and his aggregate turnover is more than 20 lakh, please suggest us he have registered under GST and collect GST and pay to govt. or GST paid by telecommunication companies

yes. your GST registration is must and collect tax and pay the same to govt. The telecommunications people pay the tax on behalf of you at your purchase bill. so take in put tax in your purchase and collect the tax in your sales. Then pay the difference tax between purchase and sales.
