If a person is a proprietor of two business situated within the state of maharashtra and covered under the MVAT ACT and having differerent nature of business, whether he required to get separate registration for two business ? or can he get single registration for two business ?

he get only single registration,
if he is already registered dealer in one proprietory business, after he will start another proprietory business then no need to another vat no. only apply of addition of branch of first business.
