Registration for Group 2 of Intermediate

I cleared my CPT in December 2018 attempt, and registered only for Group 1 of Inter(not both groups,only 1st group) by paying ₹13,000. Now I cleared my Group 1, but I can't access the Registration form for Group 2 in Self Service Portal. where can I get the form, and get myself registered?? Please help🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
