Need suggestion from you guys
One of my client is dealing in online selling of handicrafts products. He is selling products on his own ecommerce site as well as with the snapdeal and flipkart.
Is he is liable to get registered for EC1 for his own website as he is selling with two other ecommerce web portals i.e snapdeal and flipkart.
Yes., He is required to register for EC1.

i am bit confuse. Here in this you will find that seller is not required to get them registered and the one who are selling on there website are not liable.
