Registration details of Partnership firm

First u have to get a PARTNERSHIP DEED prepared, mentioning therein the details of partners, their respective share in loss and profit, prospective business, address and other details of firm (it may b get prepard frm any advocate). Then get it signed by all the partners and by required independent witness. Then get it registerd by the registrar of firms. (registratn is optional in some states, u better check this point in ur state). Aftr registrtn (if requird in your state) your FIRM has been incorporatd.

Get it signed by all the partners and independent witness. Then get it registrd in office of registrar of firms. Your firm is incorporated now. Please note registration is optional in some states, u better check this point.
