YES U CAN GET A DUPLICATE CARD FROM THE INSTITUTE. FOR THIS YOU HAVE TO WRITE A LETTER TO THE INSTITUTE ALONG WITH THE IDENTITY CARE DULY SIGNED BY YOUR PRINCIPAL
I ALSO FACED THE SAME PROBLEM AND APPLY FOR NEW CARD AND NOW I HAVE RECEIVED IT
