one of my friend issue only one invoice on monthly basis of Rs. 2.5 lakh. But he didn't take the registration in previous year but now he wants to take registration in the month of may 2018. Is he liable tonpay tax on supply made from july 2017 till date?
As he was a URP during previous financial year nd tax under this section has been suspended till june 2018.
Kindly provide the solution, can the purchaser take ITC on tje invoices, after taking registration from my side?

He can avail ITC on Inputs, WIP, FG only if he applied for registration within 30 days from the date of becoming eligible to get registered...i.e. when his turnover crossed RS. 20lakh/10 lakh respectively...
If he does not register within 30 days...he can't avail ITC on those mentioned above

Sir i m talking about the receiver of service who is taking services from me. Is he eligible for ITC?
If he receives such serive to make further taxable supply....then he can avail ITC on that..for eg:...in construction of building...where a contractor receives services of contractee....if he does it for furtherance of his business activities...he can avail ITC
If not...he can't avail it as ITC
