one of my friend issue only one invoice on monthly basis of Rs. 2.5 lakh. But he didn't take the registration in previous year but now he wants to take registration in the month of may 2018. Is he liable tonpay tax on supply made from july 2017 till date?
As he was a URP during previous financial year nd tax under this section has been suspended till june 2018.
Kindly provide the solution, can the purchaser take ITC on tje invoices, after taking registration from my side?
