registration after 20th august
Sir, how can I file GSTR 3B of July, if i registered after 20th August.

If we take first time registration in other state on 3rd Aug. Shall we need to file gstr 3b for july for that new registration?

No.
You don't want file Other state new registration GSTIN. You ll be file after august. i mean August transaction ll be return on september
Hi Caclub Member, we've a branch office at Mumbai but still GSTIN is pending but we've ARN. Our mumbai based vendor are mentioning ARN on the invoice which they are issuing us. So, please let me know can we avail ITC on ARN basis or not. if not then what would be happen of GST which we've paid to our vendor.
