i don't live near any of the ICAI centers, that means i will have to make do with postal service...so plz help me out (even though the question may seem silly to most !!!)

In the CPT registration form there is no payment for postal delivery mentioned.
i heard that the only postal service that ICAI recommends is the Indian Postal Service.

That being said ... what is the extra payment for delivery of study materiasl by post to make when ICAI sends the study materials ??

i.e. Registration/Tution fees: Rs.6000

Journal (optional): Rs 400

Prospectus (if downloaded ,which i have): Rs.100

Postal fees for ICAI to send materials, reg no. etc: Rs. ???

is #2 true ??

there is nothing else that you have to pay.I too had registered via post u dont have to pay anything extra for receiving the study mat.

It means nothing but to post via Speed Post or Registered Post.

As i have done all of my correspondence with Speed Post and Registered Post only.

So dont worry just do it from any of the 2.
