if a traders last year turnover exceeds 50 lacs but not registered any act due to trading of exempted good but in gst this year excepted turnover below 20 lacs can registration compulsory for this trader for first sale of this year ?
if the goods are still exempted then you don't have to get registered..but if the goods are taxable now in GST then you have to get registered in GST because your last year turnover is more than 50 lacs so you can't register for composite scheme..
