Registering for articleship from starting

I am sorry but I should not disclose his name on professional forum....I can give you the basic details...I am from kolkata...I am in 2nd year of articleship...is there any other detail you require?

One more thing... I am not working for him from October i.e. before my 1st year got completed...till now.....I tried hard to get transfer from him....but he is not ready...he is after my career... He is a very arrogant type person...he thinks and treats articles as his bonded labour...

First of all nobody has the guts to ruin your career huh and no you should not start articleship afresh because of some moron.let me tell you i have been in this situation but unlike you m not afraid of anyone .in my case i went to institute told them about this they asked me to write a letter about my problem after few days institute send a letter to my principle then uski fat gayi and gave me transfer with respect .(dont go iin article section tell your problem to the receptionist woman , she is very kind and helpfull) good luck .
