For time of supply of goods do we have to take date of payment into consideration or not

In case of supply of goods covered under forward charge we need not take date of payment into consideration. TOS will be date of invoice or date of removal/making available whichever is earlier
in case of reverse charge ?
Reverse charge it is the same no change
