Hi Friends,

I am Rajashekhar, i am here to discuss about the matter what happend to my frient.

By looking at an add on paper plate manufaturing machine, my friend contact the company person and deposited sum of30000 in their account in icici bank. Now the company has not sent the machine or not giving the money deposited back.

Can we take any action against the company

can we go to the consumer forum about this

please send your valuable suggestion regarding the steps to be taken to get back the money.

Ya, you can take legal actions against the company.

This case fall under the consumer protection act + contract act. you can claim remedy from the company.

However note that while you are planning to take legal action against the company under the consumer forum at that time it is mandatory to intimate the company that If it fail to pay within due time then you will take legal action.
