Regarding the exemption surrendered earlier

I surrendered the exemption which I got in IPCC november 2012examination, and took may 2013 attempt unfortunately couldnt clear theexam. but I got exemption in the same subject in may attempt.I want to know Whether I need to write all the seven subjects or only6 subjects since I surrendered exemption earlier.
