Regarding Tax payment challan

The client has paid tax and the number but he has failed to submit the same in his ITR would he face any problem ?
meaning he has not inputed the challan number BSR code and tax amount while submitting the ITR he just went ahead and epaid the tax and gave submit the return directly.

would this lead to any complications ?

You need to revised return immediately

Sir What is the last date for filing a revised ITR u/s 139(5) for the assessment year 2019-20

31st march 2020 or completion of assessment, which ever is earlier.
